Basheer Graphic Books was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The book curator and salesperson were exceptionally helpful: knowledgeable, responsive, and impressively quick at finding and recommending the right selections based on our interests. They clearly know their inventory deeply and curate with real expertise. They also walked us through the GST refund process for visitors. The store’s selection is outstanding: eclectic, current, and deeply well curated, spanning everything from fundamental reference books in design, graphic design, furniture, interiors, garden design, and architecture to fashion, art, and painting. It feels like a place built for people who genuinely care about books, design, and visual culture. We walked out with two bags full of art books, and it was absolutely worth it. A fantastic bookstore and a must-visit in Singapore.

Amazing store for people into urbanism. Huge range in selection from Greek theorists to present day works. One of the greatest coincidences I ever experienced was picking up a copy of Monocle and the owner is featured in it. Person at store didn’t even say anything upon purchase! Will be back during my next trip.
