Bad attitude from lady with black shoulder-length hair. There was no customer and she was not doing anything so I asked if there's a pharmacy nearby. She did not even bother looking up. If looking for moissanite, you're better off buying from Etsy or other online stores. They offer unique custom pieces for around the same price or cheaper, unlike their tacky common design. PS. I was waiting for my mom to finish shopping outside Iora so I had a good view of their counter. There was a couple who came to view the shop but the rude lady wasn't even around to serve them. She disappeared for a good 20 mins at 4.10pm. Not sure why anyone would hire someone with a bad attitude who doesn't even bother doing their job properly.
