AXS Station is a self-service payment kiosk providing access to over 600 bill payment services across Singapore. Users can pay utility bills, town council charges, traffic fines, insurance premiums and more using credit cards, debit cards or PayNow QR. The kiosks are located island-wide in malls, MRT stations and community hubs, with the Bugis-area station offering convenient access for residents and workers in the Rochor district. AXS processes payments within one to three working days, and most services are free of charge, with a small fee applying only to MCST payments. With over 630 kiosks nationwide and more than one million monthly users, AXS remains Singapore's most widespread self-service bill payment platform. Located on bridge between Bugis+ and Bugis Junction. On the second level near the Bugis + side, next to #02-24.

This AXS machine is located at Bugis Junction, on the 2nd floor next to the escalator. It's right next to Havaianas and Watsons, per the last time I was there. Shouldn't be hard to find if you need it.
