Though queues during peak hours can stretch to fifteen minutes, the consistent quality keeps locals coming back. Decent kway chap with generous serving in Bugis. Innards were clean and well-braised in a light soy sauce base that is rather heavy on spices. Pork belly was tender. Kway broth was a tad diluted at 2pm, but had the pleasing fragrance of garlic oil.
