Handmade yong tau fu stall at Golden Mile Food Centre stuffing fresh tofu and vegetables with savoury fillings.
Handmade Yong Tau Fu is a hawker stall at Golden Mile Food Centre, preparing yong tau fu the traditional way with fresh tofu, bittergourd, chilli and eggplant stuffed with seasoned fish paste. Each piece is made by hand, ensuring a firmer, more flavourful bite compared to mass-produced alternatives. Diners choose their preferred pieces to be served either dry with sweet sauce and chilli or in a clear, soothing broth with rice or noodles. The stall caters to those who appreciate the care and craft behind a properly made yong tau fu, a dish that has been a hawker mainstay for generations.
