Satay bee hoon and cuttle fish kangkong are disappearing trades. Happy to see a stall with a queue and decided to give it a try. Took away a $6 portion as I wanted more ingredients and not disappointed. Generous amount of liver & fresh crunchy cuttle fish. Beehoon nice and al dente with small cockles. They separated the gravy so it is still delicious when I had it 1-2 hours later reheated. Did not get a picture of the finished dish. Took note that they displayed a charge for all extra ingredients including gravy. A couple of auntie’s eating in front of the stall complained that there was not enough gravy for their plate and stall keeper insisted nicely that they have to pay $1 for extra gravy. Cash payment or PayNow ( not displayed unless you ask )
