We had a wonderful lunch and great service from Jack. The food quality has been consistent and staff is attentive. We ordered cold green tea and gave feedback to Jack that there is an odd taste and wanted to perhaps change to hot green tea.

If you are craving fresh, high-quality Japanese fare, Una Una at Bugis+ hits all the right notes. The salmon sashimi is buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the Hamachi is delightfully fresh with a clean, ocean-sweet finish.

The unagi is very well grilled and flavorful. The price is inexpensive, good value! The ambiance is decent. There were not many customers during lunch peak hours, but I think it deserves more customers. Maybe the location is a problem (a corner at the 5th floor with no other eateries accompanying it).

Weekday lunch, wasn't crowded, got seated immediately. Unagi was juicy, well grilled and seasoned. There are instructions on how to eat it in various ways, if preferred. Otherwise, on rice is simply delicious.

Great place to satisfy any unagi cravings. Came by because there are Grab Dine Out vouchers which made it so much more worth it. A pity that large and medium hitsumabushi portions have not much difference, even took the staff awhile to clarify.
